A comprehensive wellness programme addresses multiple
dimensions of employee health and wellness. These include:
- Physical

activities: it decreases stress tendencies, reduces the risk of chronic
diseases, and elevates our moods and energy levels. Steps that HR can take
towards supporting employees and their physical wellbeing include
